The trio of James Grant, Andrew Silvernail, and Patrick Walley and their winning entry in 38 Studios' Massachusetts Game Challenge were the cover story of The Boston Globe's Sidekick section. Congratulations, gentlemen!

The three video-game development students from Becker College won our first annual competition with their side-scrolling adventure, Munch's Vacation, which featured 38 Studios’ friendly mascot on an epic quest to rescue his friends from the sinister Mean Munch. The article also features interviews with studio founder and chairman Curt Schilling and CEO and president Brett Close. James, Andrew, and Patrick are working feverishly to polish their game for release on this very site.
