Jen comes to 38 Studios from Comcast, where she served as Vice President and General Manager, Games, responsible for management of all games products, strategy, and business development for the United States' largest cable company. Her extensive and varied experience in online content and interactive entertainment began in 1992 at Microprose Software. She joined AOL in 1996, where she held numerous positions in the AOL brand programming division, including Programming Director for the Games Channel.
